what we're looking for

We're seeking an AI Engineer to design and build AI-powered systems using LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI infrastructure. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle from prototyping to production.

responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features using large language models
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Integrate vector databases for semantic search and similarity matching
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI system quality
• Optimize prompting strategies and model selection
• Build APIs and services for AI-powered products

qualifications

• Experience building production AI/ML systems
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with Python and modern AI frameworks
