We're seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power clinical decision support tools. You'll work with real-world healthcare data to build models that have direct impact on patient care.

responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for healthcare applications
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data
• Develop evaluation frameworks for model performance and fairness
• Collaborate with clinical experts to validate model outputs
• Optimize model performance and inference costs

qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Understanding of responsible AI practices
