what we're looking for

We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong systems programming skills. You'll build high-throughput, low-latency services using Rust, Go, or Python, working on problems that push the boundaries of what's technically possible.

responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance backend services
• Build and optimize APIs for AI inference workloads
• Work with systems-level languages (Rust, Go) for critical paths
• Design data pipelines and storage solutions
• Improve system reliability and observability
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation

qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience
• Proficiency in at least two of: Rust, Go, Python
• Experience building high-throughput APIs and services
• Understanding of distributed systems and networking
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
