We're looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to be a foundational member of the engineering team. You'll have outsized impact on technical architecture, culture, and product direction as one of the earliest engineers.

• Define technical architecture and engineering practices for the team
• Build full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, and Python
• Design scalable systems from the ground up
• Hire and mentor the growing engineering team
• Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy
• Ship rapidly while maintaining high quality standards

qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack skills (React, TypeScript, Python)
• Experience at early-stage startups or as a founding engineer
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions independently
• Interest in crypto/blockchain technology
