We're looking for an ML Engineer to build and optimize small language models for production deployment. You'll work at the intersection of research and engineering, turning experimental breakthroughs into scalable systems.

responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize small language model architectures for production use
• Build efficient training pipelines for large-scale model training
• Implement model compression and quantization techniques
• Design and run experiments to evaluate model performance
• Collaborate with researchers to translate papers into production code
• Optimize inference latency and throughput

calificaciones

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with transformer architectures and language models
• Proficiency in PyTorch or JAX
• Experience with distributed training at scale
• Understanding of model optimization techniques
