We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to architect and build the backend systems that power the platform. As a foundational team member, you'll shape the technical direction and engineering culture.

responsabilidades

• Architect and build backend services using Python and Go
• Design high-performance APIs and data processing systems
• Build integration layers with blockchain protocols
• Establish engineering best practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Make critical technical decisions on infrastructure and tooling
• Help build and lead the engineering team

calificaciones

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems
• Track record of technical leadership
• Interest in crypto/blockchain technology
