We're seeking a Staff Data Engineer to build the data platform from the ground up. You'll design the systems that power analytics, ML pipelines, and product features, working with on-chain and off-chain data at scale.

responsabilidades

• Design and build the core data platform and pipelines
• Build real-time and batch data processing systems
• Create data models and schemas for blockchain data
• Implement data quality monitoring and governance
• Build internal tools and dashboards for data access
• Hire and mentor data engineering team members

calificaciones

• 7+ years of data engineering experience
• Expert-level SQL and Python skills
• Experience with modern data stack (Spark, Airflow, dbt)
• Experience designing data platforms from scratch
• Interest in crypto/blockchain data
